To celebrate its 50th Anniversary, Thai Airways wanted to create a fully immersive brand experience for customers and VIPs.
We designed and managed a remarkable event featuring light, sound, performance, entertainment and fireworks to submerge and engage customers on all sensory levels. In addition, we created an Online Responsive Campaign to share the airline’s stories over the past 50 years and promote flying THAI as a great experience. We backed this up with a print campaign and web design with smart reporting to measure overall effectiveness.
A record 10,000 people enjoyed the event, successfully promoting Thai culture in Australia. Our online campaign succeeded in emotionally connecting with THAI’s regular customers, reminding them of the exceptional service they’ve always received from Thai Airways.
