With so many Thai restaurants in the area, we needed to make Senyai stand out from the crowd. Our client required an end-to-end branding solution, including brand strategy, branded environment, interior materials sourcing, signage and display, design and photography and website and promotional collateral.
We began by understanding what Senyai’s ideal customer would like and use this information to further clarify the brand vision.
We discovered potential customers valued an authentic Thai experience and worked to bring this desire to life. Inspired by a black and white photo of an old house in Suphanburi, a living museum in Thailand, we recreated a traditional South East Asian house featuring vintage elements and home cooking. We shipped all materials from Thailand for added realism.
Senyai successfully launched in January 2013 with influential reviews in the media, including The Sunday Telegraph, Broadsheet and He Needs Food.
